REFUND POLICY
1. Finality of Digital Software Transactions
Due to the core technical structure of immediate provisioning, downloadable digital code, cloud-based micro-SaaS licenses, and automated analytical outputs delivered by NZT Digital LLC, all capital transactions processed via nztdigital.us and our payment gateway partners are considered structurally final and strictly non-refundable.
2. Instant Consumption Framework
Upon successful validation of checkout by our authorized third-party payment processors and merchant partners, your technical digital license, database access token, or proprietary software report is instantly provisioned and consumed in real-time. Because these algorithmic digital products cannot be physically returned, revoked, or unconsumed, no cooling-off windows, reversals, or refunds will be offered based on shifting business requirements or subjective technical preferences.
3. Chargeback Prevention & Fraud Policy
Any dispute filed through card-issuing banks without prior written communication and technical verification with our support team will be structurally flagged. NZT Digital LLC tracks automated delivery timestamps, database provisioning logs, and network telemetry data. This objective data architecture will be submitted directly to the respective financial institutions and card-issuing authorities to actively dispute and reject fraudulent chargeback attempts.
4. Technical Resolution Protocols
In the event of a severe infrastructure dropout, API delivery breakdown, or severe backend malfunction that blocks a user from receiving their verified digital asset, our engineering desk will intervene. If a technical bottleneck on our side cannot be resolved or provisioned within 7 business days, an authorized manual override may be issued to correct or credit the transaction via our payment rails.
