1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using websites operated by NZT Digital LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), including but not limited to nztdigital.us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the service.
2. Scope of Services & Digital Licenses
NZT Digital LLC engineers high-intelligence digital infrastructure, micro-SaaS utilities, automated data assets, and proprietary analytical reports. Purchases made through our platforms grant the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable digital license to access the specified software token, API endpoint, or downloadable digital product solely for personal or authorized business deployment. No physical assets or goods are transferred during these transactions.
3. Entertainment & Performance Disclaimer
Our digital products, micro-SaaS structures, and automated algorithmic outputs are engineered for high performance, personal reflection, and operational analytics.
CRITICAL NOTICE: Any relationship dynamic analysis, compatibility reports, or behavioral trend summaries provided by platforms under our infrastructure are generated via secure automated algorithms for entertainment, informational, and personal evaluation purposes only. They do not constitute certified psychological, financial, legal, or medical advice. The company assumes no liability for actions taken based on these analytical summaries.
4. Account Registration & Security
To access certain automated layers or complete a purchase, you may be required to submit explicit parameters (such as name, email, or demographic configurations). You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information provided. You must safeguard any access tokens or links provided to your dashboard. NZT Digital LLC cannot and will not be liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your local environment.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary source code, software frameworks, mathematical algorithms, front-end design layouts, branding assets, logos, and technical system documentation hosted on nztdigital.us and affiliated nodes are the exclusive intellectual property of NZT Digital LLC. These assets are protected under federal United States copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. Unauthorized replication, reverse-engineering, or distribution of our source code or interface layout is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted under federal frameworks.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law in the State of New Mexico, NZT Digital LLC, its executive officers, partners, or developers shall not be held liable for any operational system downtime, indirect data transmission anomalies, data loss, or consequential commercial damages arising from the integration, deployment, or execution of our digital software assets.
7. Termination & Access Modification
We reserve the structural right, without notice and at our sole discretion, to terminate or restrict your digital license or revoke your software access token if we detect exploitation, malicious system probing, automated brute-forcing, or violation of these corporate terms.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These corporate terms, along with all operational digital processes, shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed exclusively under the statutes of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal inquiry or arbitration proceeding arising from our systems must be executed within courts located inside the State of New Mexico.
